Are all Tchin’s items handmade?
All items are designed with the highest quality materials and craftmanship. With exception of the Hallmark pendant, all items are handcrafted by Tchin.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Each item is made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery. For expedited processing and shipping, call 732.792.0231.

What if my order is not what I expected?
All items are satisfaction guaranteed. If your order is not what you expected, you are welcome to return the unworn item within 2 weeks of receipt. We will provide a full refund minus the cost of shipping.

How are items shipped?
All domestic items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All items will be sent insured against loss or damage. Orders over $50 will be sent registered mail. If you have special shipping requests or for international shipping, please call 732.792.0231 and we will try our best to accomodate your needs.
